How Our Support Packages Work

One-Off Setup Fee

Each package has a one-off setup fee that is proportionate to your level of support . This covers the initial audit of your project, works schedule and induction into our professional management systems.

14 Day Support Blocks

Support is delivered and billed in manageable 2-week blocks. This structure allows for focused project milestones and ensures you only pay for the professional guidance you need as the build progresses.
