“Curabuild was established in the aftermath of the 2022 floods, delivering remedial works to flood‑affected buildings across the Northern Rivers. Following on from the remedial works we have completed renovations & a new build in Byron Bay. Curabuild has developed systems to streamline the building process & is now ready to support Owner-builders.Â

Raised in Sydney, NSW I grew up learning the trade through my father’s formwork and concrete business. As an apprentice I was fortunate enough to work with a number of builders, I learned many aspects of construction & I would notice how each individual builder operated as a business.Â
Completing my Building Diploma I took an offer to work as a Leading Hand for a commercial construction company that renovated hotels, clubs &Â restaurants where I moved from Leading Hand to Site Foreman within 2 weeks & later becoming Projects Manager.
My career as a Licensed Builder includes collaborating with top Sydney firms like MCK Architects, with my projects featured in design magazines and Jamie Durie’s publications. Since relocating to the Northern Rivers in 2009, I have managed commercial projects like the Buddha Bar/Byron Bay Brewery, Bodyworx Gym, alongside numerous residential builds (Byron), Anytime Fitness (Ballina), Flood remedial works (Lismore & Ballina), Today, my passion is guiding owner-builders to create their dream home with the decades of experience I now have.Â
