Cancellation Policy

Consultation Booking Policy **Last updated:** June 30, 2026 This Policy applies to all booked consultations with Curabuild, including Virtual Assistant sessions, Online Supervisor sessions, and 'Intro Calls'. --- ## 1. Booking Requirements - All consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, via your dashboard or booking link. - Same-day bookings are not accepted. - You will receive a confirmation email with calendar link and joining instructions. ## 2. Cancellation Policy - You may 'cancel' a booked consultation **up to 12 hours** before the scheduled start time. - Cancellations within **12 hours** of the start time will be marked as a "no-show" and the session credit will be forfeited. - To cancel: log into your dashboard → Bookings → Cancel, or use the link in your confirmation email. ## 3. Rescheduling Policy - You may **reschedule** a booked consultation **up to 12 hours** before the scheduled start time. - Rescheduling within **12 hours** is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability. - To reschedule: log into your dashboard → Bookings → Reschedule, or use the link in your confirmation email. ## 4. Late Arrivals - Our team maintains a **10-minute grace period** for late arrivals. - If you arrive more than **10 minutes late**, the session will be marked as missed and the credit forfeited. - Please notify us via dashboard chat if you are running late — we may be able to hold the slot if our schedule allows. ## 5. No-Show Policy - Failure to attend a booked consultation without prior cancellation or rescheduling = **no-show**. - The session credit is forfeited. No refund or replacement session. - **Repeated no-shows** (3 or more) may result in suspension of your booking privileges. ## 6. Session Conduct & Etiquette We want every consultation to be productive, respectful, and valuable. **We ask you to:** - Join the session on time and be prepared (project notes, questions, relevant documents) - Be in a quiet environment with a stable internet connection - Speak clearly and professionally — we're here to help, not to judge - Respect the session duration — if we run overtime, we'll let you know, but please don't assume it's guaranteed **Unacceptable behaviour includes:** - Abusive, aggressive, or threatening language - Deliberate disruption or wasting time - Recording the s
